Senior Content Editor

Aim of the role

An experienced copywriter and editor, the Senior Content Editor is responsible for writing copy for all online and offline channels, including blogs, brochures, direct mail, website and social media content. They will have solid experience of using .NET content management systems (ideally EpiServer), will have a good understanding of SEO techniques and be able to write copy that is both compelling and customer-friendly.

Digital Marketing Manager

Aim of the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing plans across paid channels, for direct customers and jointly with travel agents. They work with external agencies and internal colleagues to ensure that we drive the optimum mix and derive greatest benefit from PPC, display advertising, VOD, re-marketing, CRO, social media advertising and partnerships whilst also testing new opportunities that arise in these channels. The role encompasses all elements of digital marketing campaign planning, execution and optimisation. Key to the success of this activity will be adopting an integrated approach, ensuring that offline and online work in harmony and are considered together rather than planned in silos.

Senior Customer Liaison Executive

Aim of the Role

Our Customer Liaison department is the key customer contact from the time of booking the holiday, until the time of travel, as well as during travel. This role involves backing up the Customer Liaison Manager to run the team, and requires a high level of organisation, as well as the ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail. Communication is key as you will be required to have in depth telephone conversations with customers to resolve issues, as well as internal departments, travel agents and suppliers.

The ideal individual will be a champion of providing an excellent customer experience, will have a passion for solving problems and show a high level of flexibility, as the role will involve some out of hours support. The position would suit an organised individual with operations experience in a customer focused role.
