1. Click on the Tools option which is in the top right hand corner of your browser, and then select Internet Settings.
2. When the Internet Options box appears select the Privacy Tab.
3. Then drag the square icon up and down to select your preferred cookie settings. 

Mozilla Firefox
1. Click on the Tools option which is in the top of your browser.
2. When the Options box appears select the privacy tab.
3. Then under Firefox will: select ‘Use custom settings’ and then under this section select or deselect Accept cookies from site and Accept third party cookies.

Safari
1. Select Preferences which is in the top of your browser.
2. Click on Security in the top panel.
3. Either go to Accept Cookies or Block third-party and advertising cookies.
4. Click save.

 

How to Turn Cookies on/off for Macs

 

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 on OSX

1. Click on Explorer which is on the top of your browser and then select Preferences.
2. Scroll down to Cookies which is under receiving files.
3. Select the 'Never Ask' option. 

Safari on OSX
1. At the top of your browser window click on Safari then select 'Preferences.
2. Click Security then Accept Cookies.
3. Then select Only from site you navigate to. 

Mozilla and Netscape on OSX

1. At the top of your browser click 'Mozilla' or 'Netscape then select 'Preferences.
2. Scroll down to 'Privacy & Security' where you should see cookies.
3. Select Enable cookies for the originating web site only.

Opera
1. At the top of your browser window click Menu and select Settings.
2. Choose Preferences and select the Advanced tab.
3. Select Accept Cookies.

 

Banner Advertising on Other Websites

You may’ve noticed that when you visit our website and look at some of our holidays and then visit another site, you’ll see an Archers Holidays banner advert which contains the holiday(s) you looked at as well as close alternatives. These banner adverts work because of cookies.
