Completely in keeping with Fred. Olsen’s individual
approach to quality cruising, Boudicca is a world class cruise
ship whose classic design creates a sense of warmth and welcome
from the moment you embark. Her crew is simply first rate and
your abiding impression of the ship’s interior is one
of light and space, courtesy of enormous picture windows that
serve to highlight the elegant décor of her expansive
lounges, restaurants, public areas and bars.
Boudicca’s cabins are decidedly roomy. She has just
437 cabins and carries a maximum of 839 passengers. Smaller,
more intimate ships like Boudicca are not only easy for passengers
to get around, they also make it easy for the crew to deliver
the very highest levels of service.
Aside from her intimate scale, Boudicca features a welcome nod to tradition with a classic teak promenade deck that stretches right around the ship – perfect for joggers and those that like a stroll before dinner! There’s considerable deck space too, making her a real ‘outdoor ship’ and adding to the feeling of space and freedom that will typify your days at sea.

The Tintagel Restaurant, the Four Seasons Restaurant and the Heligan
Room all offer open seating breakfasts and lunches, and stunning
5-course dinners which make an occasion of every evening. The Secret
Garden Café offers a more informal setting for your dining
pleasure, and is also the location for the ever-popular speciality
evenings with menus from around the world. Service in the Secret
Garden Café is buffet style at all times.
There are two sittings in the main restaurants in the evening
at 6.30 and 8.30 pm. You will find at Restaurant Seating Card in
your cabin on arrival, advising you of your table number and dining
time for the cruise.
Breakfast and lunch are usually operated on an open seating basis.
There are few things in life more pleasurable than sitting in an al fresco bar on a cruise ship as you enter or leave another port of call. On Boudicca you can head for the Marquee Bar and do exactly that. Elsewhere, the Neptune Bar offers an intimate late night ambience whilst panoramic ocean views can be had in the Observatory.
The beauty of cruising with Fred. Olsen is that you can dip in and out of the excellent on board activities and entertainment as you please. In the evening, relax and be entertained in the lounges where a shimmering stage backdrop highlights spectacular cabarets and spectacular shows.
During the day, informative port lectures will help you get the most out of the ports of call, while classical music and dancing are firm favourites.
Aside from the normal complement of pools and Jacuzzis there’s a steam room and sauna for those looking to relax.
