Customer Services | Will we be met on arrival
For air-inclusive Tours, you will always be met on arrival at your final destination - either by a Tour Director, a Representative, or our Local Agent. In a few cases the local Airport Shuttle is used, but if this is applicable, you will be briefed on this. Where your departure flight from the UK has a connection, or where you are travelling by rail and have to change or make a connection, you will not be met, and should follow the local instructions/directions.
