The Cost of your Holiday | Your Price Includes
- The services of a tour director, local guide, representative or driver/guide during the touring elements of your holiday; the services of our local representatives or agents during resort and city stays (except Las Vegas and Los Angeles). As a minimum you will receive the services of a local guide in each centre for Secrets of Sumatra, Java & Bali, Vietnam & Cambodia Discovery, Sounds of Brazil & the Amazon, Highlights of South America, Scenic South America, Peru & the Treasures of the Incas and The Himalayan Kingdoms; a driver/guide for The Big Five and Splendours of Sri Lanka.
- Return international flights from the UK as specified on each itinerary with in-flight meals (excluding infants) as appropriate to the airline and time of day and destination. (NB. Monarch short haul charter flights and some scheduled flights services do not include in-flight meals, however refreshments onboard will normally be available at an extra cost or can be pre-booked in the case of Monarch charter flights).
- Airport taxes, security charges and port taxes.
- Fuel supplement known at the time of booking.
- ATOL protection contribution.
- UK Government Air Passenger duty.
- Transfers between overseas airports and accommodation unless otherwise stated on our website (transfers are not included if you have booked 'Just the Tour' arrangements).
- Tour/safari/cruise content as specified in each itinerary.
- Accommodation and meals confirmed to you on your final Confirmation/Invoice.
- All state/regional/local taxes, VAT and service charges unless otherwise stated in the tour/cruise description.
- All applicable ferry fares, bridge, tunnel and highway tolls.
- Sightseeing and excursions specified as included in the tour description.
