Golden West Adventure
Starting in Los Angeles and making your way around the best of the West; through Scottsdale, Las Vegas, San Francisco and Santa Barbara is the best way to take in the warm, scenic California coast. Visit the glamour of Hollywood one day, and then absorb the expansive void of the Grand Canyon shortly after. Nothing will make you feel more alive than traveling through such diverse and inspiring areas in only seventeen days.
Of course, California's history as firstly, a Spanish colony and later, Mexican territory has given it a distinct Hispanic tone - but this isn't the only transplant into west coast America. San Francisco boasts the oldest Chinatown in North America, proving that the culture of the coast comes from all over the world. It's a melting pot with liberal views, a reputation for environmentalism and range of cuisine that will leave you begging for more. It's paradise!
Tie in Las Vegas and LA and you have the trip of a lifetime; giving you indulgence, glamour, and man-made sights that will make your eyes blur. This easy-paced trip was made for the part of you that always wanted to experience the pull of west coast America.
And what is the west coast, without the Grand Canyon? This tour explores the natural wonders of America, too. A trip through Oak Creek Canyon and the San Francisco mountains will lead you to the Grand Canyon; one of the most magnificent attractions on earth.

The rest of the day is free, so why not visit Monterey Bay Aquarium known for its interactive exhibits and teeming sea life.

I enjoyed this holiday, and the time spent in Las Vegas and San Francisco was Great. The Grand Canyon was fantastic, and make sure to do the helicopter flight. The main downside is the large amount of coach time involved, and the many early starts.
The tour guide did his best to make it fun, and
some of the quick stops were interesting in themselves, Seligman, for instance. It is a great holiday, but you will be shattered when you get back.
