Your Itinerary
DAY 1: UK - Memphis.
Fly to Memphis where you will be transferred to your hotel for three nights.
DAY 2 to 3: Memphis.
Enjoy free time to explore this fascinating city. Take time to vist Gracelands the home of Elvis Presley. The Heartbreak Hotel is adjacent and famous for its themed bedrooms. Downtown is a mix of Jazz and other music on Beale Street. Sun records where Elvis first recorded is worth a visit as is the fantastic Memphis Zoo where there is a Panda exhibit. The Lorraine Motel, where Martin Luther King was assignated is now the Civil Rights Museum and is a historical and moving experience.
DAY 4: Memphis - New Orleans.
You will be transferred to Memphis Central Station today for your AMTRAK journey to New Orleans. On arrival in New Orleans you will be transferred to your hotel for three nights.
DAY 5 to 6: New Orleans.
Two full days to explore the birthplace of jazz and home of the Mardi Gras. New Orleans is a lively colourful city with a distinctly French feel. Why not take an optional city tour and you will see the French Quarter, including St Louis Cathedral, Jackson Square and Bourbon Street. Be sure to take in the Garden District to admire its stately mansions. If there is time experience the Algiers Ferry on the iconic Mississippi River.
DAY 7: New Orleans.
Today you will be transferred to your cruise ship, Carnival Conquest, for embarkation. (L, D)
DAY 8 to 9: At sea.

DAY 10: Mahogany Bay, Roatan Island.
Blessed with powdery-white sand beaches, stunning natural surrounds and lusciously rich tropical forests, Roatan Island is a paradise for beach and nature lovers alike. Set amidst the beautiful Bay Islands, off the north coast of Honduras, Roatan is lapped by the warm, clear waters of the Caribbean Sea and offers spectacular watersports opportunities including snorkelling and scuba diving amidst the magnificent coral reefs. Perhaps explore the island itself on a discovery tour of the east or west coast, head inland to experience the rugged and beautiful, wildlife-rich Gumbalimba Park, or simply relax and enjoy one of the many palm-fringed, pristine beaches. DAY 11: Belize.
The colourful Caribbean city of Belize City is the former capital of Belize. Spend time in the old city, with its colourful, wooden colonial houses, narrow streets, and edgy modern structures, which provide the city with a unique character. Do not miss St John's Cathedral, built in 1847 and the oldest, most important Anglican Church in Central America, or the famous lighthouse, which marks the grave of the Portuguese Baron, a man who left a great fortune to Belize. Or perhaps venture further afield to explore ancient Mayan cities. (B, L, D)
DAY 12: Cozumel.
Long before Cancun became a popular destination, Cozumel was well-known as a diving spot and home to the world famous Palancar Reef, which gives divers the opportunity to view thousands of brilliantly coloured fish. Non-divers can kick back on a sun-drenched beach, or enjoy any number of seaside activities, such as shopping in colourful marketplaces or dining in an open-air café. (B, L, D)
DAY 13: At sea.

After breakfast, disembark your ship and transfer to the airport for your overnight flight to the UK. (B)
DAY 15: Home landing in the UK.

Dining
Your cruise includes full board. Meals are served in the Monet and Renoir Dining Rooms and usually include a whole range of dining choices including delicious international and American cuisine. The main dining room operates Carnival's 'Your Time Dining' so you can arrive for dinner any time between 5.45pm and 9.30pm and will be seated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Alternatively, choose between the early (6pm) or late (8.15pm) fixed seating times and your table will be waiting for you when you arrive. Other dining options include the Cezanne Buffet Restaurant with Mongolian Wok, Pizzeria and Sky BBQ Grill, The Point Steakhouse (at a charge) or the Fish & Chips bar.
Cabins
All cabins have twin beds; air-conditioning/climate control; satellite TV; telephone; safety deposit box; 24-hour room service and private bathroom. Your holiday price includes a category 4A inside cabin, or you may choose to upgrade.
