Excellent holiday... Fantastic country
Thoroughly enjoyable tour with a lot to see. The hotels, meals, coach & guides were all excellent
An absolutely excellent itinerary and guide with good hotels and lots to see and do. Highly recommended!
Very well organised tour. The guided tours were very interesting.Mercure hotels were far superior to Novotel. The hotel in Kraków was a bit too far from the centre to make the most of our stay there. The tour overall was excellent value for money.
Good itinerary and excellent guide. Good hotels although one in Krackow was too remote. Food was good for breakfasts, but poor for evening meals.

A good itinerary with a good selection of optional excursions. The only negative point was that the advertised on-coach wifi was unavailable for the vast majority of the holiday - although the coach wifi server itself was working the internet connection authorisation had been disabled by the coach company headquarters. In spite of several efforts by the tour guide who phoned the company to sort it out the wifi internet connection wasn't enabled until the Friday of the holiday (i.e just the last two days).
Only issue was the fact that different information must have been given to us versus what the tour director had regarding pick up at the airport. She was not at the meeting place and we were lucky she found us.
Very stimulating and enjoyable.
