All hotels should be Drury Inns as these were better standard.Hotel at Lafayette was worst as this was dirty and we would not dare eat the included breakfast. Also the step on guide in Austin was confusing tour director and coach driver could have done better. Also Philip and Johnathon added some extras in like Lucenbeck and Shiner brewery which we enjoyed very much
The holiday was excellent marred only by the terrible service provided by the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport city shuttle to the hotel. I know for a fact that many others on the same tour felt exactly the same.
Really good to have breakfast and kickback eve meals as part of the package.
Would have liked more time in Fort Worth. Hotels too far out in some cases.
We both really enjoyed this holiday so much to see and do. Rep and driver informative and helpful. Well organised.
Tour director was excellant. Looked after all our needs. Itinerary was perfect. Highly recommend tour.
Good apart from the Ramada Inn, Lafayette - a separate letter of complaint will follow.
a great tour from start to end as it provides that particular experience of exploring as much as time will allow backed by the comfortable confidence that such an excellent guide and driver provide
