Trains

  • Trans-Siberian Express

The famous Trans-Siberian railway connects Europe with Asia and crosses two continents on its epic journey from Russia to China. It has been a setting for many films and novels and has, until recently, been the reserve of the adventure traveller. This however, is no longer the case.
Prices are based on travel in a 2nd class couchette, sleeping up to four people. However, for privacy we recommend upgrading to a couchette which is designed for exclusive double use.

    2nd class couchette
Each couchette (lockable from the inside) is pleasantly decorated and has two lower beds, two upper foldaway beds and luggage storage space.
Upgrade to a couchette for exclusive double use
Each couchette (lockable from the inside) is well decorated, of a good standard and has two beds separated by a table and luggage storage space.
    Washroom facilities
Each carriage contains a toilet and a washbasin and includes the services of a maid.
    Dining
There is a traditional dining carriage on board, which passengers can enjoy at their leisure. A meal and beverage service will be provided as part of the holiday (with the exception of day 10 where passengers will be required to purchase their meals).
    Luggage
Luggage storage space is limited in each couchette so passengers are advised to use a smaller suitcase.
