Holiday Itinerary
DAY 1: UK - Las Vegas.
Fly to Las Vegas where you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 2: Las Vegas - Grand Canyon.
Today we leave Las Vegas behind, passing through Williams, located on the historic Route 66 and crossing the sun-baked Arizona Desert. We arrive at the Grand Canyon early this afternoon with time to marvel at this extraordinary natural wonder of the world. Perhaps join a Ranger-led expedition to spot wildlife or stroll along the canyon rim during the sunset, camera in hand, to admire its sheer scale and beauty. Be sure to visit the El Tovar Hotel, a registered National Historic Landmark, perched 20 feet from the Canyon's edge, whose guestbook includes figures like Theodore Roosevelt and Albert Einstein.
DAY 3: Grand Canyon - Laughlin.
For an unforgettable experience why not take an optional helicopter flight over the heart of the canyon with incomparable views of flame-coloured walls plunging 4,800 ft. into the Colorado River. In the afternoon, travel to Laughlin, a Nevada desert town near the mighty Colorado River. Perhaps play some golf, catch a river cruise, spend some time shopping or get pampered in one of the Laughlin spas.
DAY 4: Laughlin - Las Vegas.
Today we return to Las Vegas and its legendary Strip. Wonder at the lavish hotels and perhaps ride the rollercoaster at New York, New York, float in a gondola along mock Venetian canals at the Venetian or meet the man-eating sharks at the Mandalay Bay! There is also the breathtaking show of musical fountains at the Bellagio Hotel and the erupting volcano at the Mirage. Explore the culinary wonders of Las Vegas, a global gourmet mecca or try your luck in one of the glamorous casinos.
DAY 5: Las Vegas.
Today why not take a trip to discover Boulder City, which was originally built by the government as housing for workers who were building the Hoover Dam, one of the engineering wonders of the world and beautiful Lake Mead, the largest man-made lake and reservoir in the United States. In the evening, see a dazzling show or take a helicopter ride above the breathtaking neon-lit Strip. Whether you're a first-timer or regular visitor, Las Vegas will leave you wanting more.
DAY 6: Las Vegas - UK.
Transfer to Las Vegas airport for your overnight flight to the UK.
DAY 7: Home landing in the UK.
