821Linda FordUK My friend and I went on this holiday at the beginning of September 2008. The city we stayed in, Zell am See, was lovely, lots to do, concerts in the evening, nice shopping and close to the lake with delightful boat trips.

The hotel was excellent, good food, clean and comfortable and very nice staff. The hotel is in a very good position for walking out, both in the day and evening. Every day we had an interesting and fulfilling tour and we saw some beautiful scenery.

This particular holiday, I feel, has everything needed for a delightful and satisfying week and my friend and I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

P.S. The hotel caters extremely well for vegetarians.

821A PorterManchester I feel I must put pen to paper to say how much my wife and I enjoyed our latest holiday with your company.

We have had a most wonderful week in Austria staying at the Hotel Lebzelter which was wonderful. We have been with your firm a few times, but this holiday in Zellamsee was the best, made more so by your rep Viktoria, nothing was too much trouble for her. My wife has trouble walking, she saw to it that there was always a lift handy, always a hand to help her on and off the coach and all done with a wonderful smile on her face. She really is an asset to your company. The coach driver Mick was first class though we went up some tricky roads in the cliffs, one felt at ease.

My wife and I thought your company would like to pay a big thank you to Viktoria and Micky for making our holiday a week to remember.

821Miss WhiteMiddlesex "Thank you"! for a fantastic holiday, comfortable hotels at Zell-um-see and Munich (Holiday Inn).

The excursions were excellent and we were cared for very well by an excellent friendly tour manager, Judith. On the coach, she delivered a lot of factual information as we travelled with much interest and much enthusiasm. She looked after us all very well.

I am sure I reflect the opinions of everyone on the holiday. Thanks again for a wonderful time and I look forward to booking with you again.
