You Choice of Resorts
NORTH MALE ATOLL The capital Malé is located in this Atoll and lies at its southerly end. Summer Island Village, a relatively small island by Maldives standards, is reached by a fast boat ride from Malé airport, usually taking about an hour and a half to an hour and three quarters.
SOUTH ARI ATOLL Located to the west of Male about a 25-30 minute seaplane journey, South Ari Atoll is home to Vilamendhoo Island. Here you'll find great snorkelling and an array of diving opportunities as there are 40 or so dive sites nearby.
RAA ATOLL Raa Atoll lies approximately 130 kilometres northwest of Malé. Here you may still see traditional arts and crafts being practised. Meedhupparu is reached by a 40 minute seaplane flight, a fantastic opportunity to take in your new surroundings.
Please note: Seaplane transfers only operate during daylight hours, it therefore may be necessary to transfer to Malé sometime before your return flight, in which case a day room at a hotel will be provided.
