Your Tour Director
Time after time our customers tell us that their Tour Director has made their holiday that extra bit special.
On all our North America, Europe and North Africa tours you will be escorted by one of our experienced Tour Directors, who will be on hand throughout your holiday to ensure everything goes smoothly and that you have every opportunity to have a great time.
Carefully selected, all our Tour Directors are highly trained and combine thorough local knowledge with a friendly personality. They do not drive the coaches and there is no multi-lingual commentary to spoil your touring experience. If you would like any advice or assistance which would make your holiday more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to ask your Tour Director. That is what they are there for. On selected Far Away tours, qualified driver/guides may on occasion be used; see individual tour descriptions.
In-resort Service
In all our resorts a trained representative or experienced local agent is on hand to make sure you get the most from your holiday.
You will be met and taken to your chosen accommodation on arrival and throughout your stay our representative or agent will be available to give you advice and information.
