We know that the quality of your accommodation can make all the difference to the enjoyment of your holiday.

That’s why we have carefully chosen all our featured hotels to ensure that they offer not only excellent value for money, but also consistently good standards of comfort, cleanliness and service. We also make sure that, wherever possible, featured hotels are conveniently situated for exploring the local area.

For our resort or city based stays, we have included "Diamond" ratings which give you an indication of the relative standards of the featured hotels. The ratings are based on feedback from our guests, as well as taking into consideration facilities, service, food and comfort.

Luggage Service

At Archers Direct, we want to make sure your holiday is as easy and relaxed as possible. So, for the majority of our touring holidays, porterage at en-route hotels is included. Your luggage will be transferred to and from your en-route hotel room and the coach. Please refer to the "Included in the price " section on each holiday page.

Eating in or Dining Out

In North America, we find that most people prefer the freedom and flexibility of dining in one of the wide variety of restaurants available locally.

Most offer exceptionally good value and eating out is a memorable part of the North America holiday experience. Therefore, you will find that we have not included meals in most of our North American tours.

On many of our European and Far Away tours, we have included some meals, but you will also have the opportunity to experience local restaurants. See the holiday pages for details of meals included on individual tours.
