A ride on the Rocky Mountaineer train is one of the world’s great classic rail journeys. This famous daylight train trip is a fabulous way to see the breathtaking scenery of the Rockies close up. And it is even more magnificent than you can ever imagine. The Rocky Mountaineer train route winds past towering, snow-capped peaks, raging rivers and spectacular forests of pine, fir and spruce. You may also see a wealth of wildlife; the Rockies are home to elk, black bears and coyotes.
