Mrs Glenys Worrall

A complete wasted day in Amsterdam, we could have been sailing on day 2.. then the boat was involved in a collision at 4.30 in the morning, we waited all day for permission to proceed , it was then catch up time, we missed Düsseldorf and Kolenz, we also missed half of the Rhine Gorge, we started this at 5.30 in the morning , it is pitch black at this time of the day. Everything was rushed, if you did not take their very expensive excursions you were stuck on the boat, we were on the boat for 3 solid days, this was not explained very clearly in the brochure or on the web site Food and accommodation were excellent

Mrs Ann Commarford

The first boat "France" was awful the food was dreadful and there were NO alternative for any meal other than a bowl of salad .We had to send back every dish of meat as it was "******" and you only had 6 from your company and we all came down with flu type colds as did 60 % of guests ,we all think there was a problem with the air conditioning ,but the 2nd boat was up to the usual standard ,but by then we had problems with our throats.
