The cruise was well above & beyond our expectations. Operation, organisation, catering and domestic service etc. on and off the boat was very good+ and the guides throughout the trip were the very best. A very interesting and enjoyable experience.

27/05/2016

Service was good in dining room but food could be improved.Dining times could be more flexible when not on tours.Inclusive tours and guides were very good.On board guide, Anastasia was excellent and was very helpful.

26/05/2016

On board meals good, staff helpful, cabins need updating though. Our junior suite was a bit of misnomer It was no suite just two very narrow bunk beds in a very small cabin. Guides and tours from ship very good Although would have liked a little more free time when ashore

26/05/2016

Overall a good holiday. However, food was bad to start, although it did improve somewhat during the holiday - only average in all. We also had an early morning call by loud speaker every morning, telling us that breakfast would be served in about 15 mins (for a total of 90 mins), even if we were not getting off the boat until 15.00 hrs. This was completely unnecessary - more like Hi-Di-Hi!!. You couldn't avoid it even if you turned down the radio system as there were loud speakers in the corridor outside our cabin. We already knew when breakfast was and were quite capable of getting ourselves up in good time. Typical example - call at 07.15, breakfast at 07.30 to 09.00, arrival in Moscow at 15.00. Why not have a later breakfast?

26/05/2016

The trip was well organised and included most of the places we wanted to visit. The talks and activities were interesting but we would also have liked information about the animals and plants we saw as we sailed towards Moscow.
