A memorable trip - excellent Tour Leader and reliable driver. Criticisms? 1) The train from Prince Rupert to Jasper arrived very late; we could have been collected at an earlier stop by the coach. 2) I would have liked more information about Canada today from the leader - I did ask. 3) An introductory meeting would have helped with getting to know other members of the group. A few more meals together would also have been welcome.

Although we enjoyed this tour the 2 highlights - inside passage cruise and via train journey proved to be too long. The cruise was quite boring after a while nothing to see apart from trees and nothing much happening in sea. The train was an old worn out coach the catering was awful and there were many delays on journey which meant we were on train for about 16 hours.

27th August 2017

Just a couple of the hotels weren't the best ,i.e. Irwin mountain lodge ,and and Pacific inn just very old and dated ,didn't think much of Air Transat delayed going out and two hours delay coming back ! Air Stuardesses looked bored stiff ,food was rubbish for such a long flight ,"I would never fly with them ever again" on of the stuardesses was chewing gum !! ,train journey was long and tiring due to goods trains having priority on the single track I don't think this works as it makes the train journey far too long
