We toured with in a bilingual group, (English and German speaking). But this was O.K. No seat-rotation on coach. Very rushed tour due to schedule. Usually no maps distributed. We had to give our passports into each Hotel. Tour director was very Hard-Working. Hotel Dubrovnik in Zagreb had a dreadful location with no coach access. Terrible food at Hotel Ivka in Dubrovnik. Hotel Pinija in Zadar Excellent. I got a lot out of this tour and made some friends despite the rushed pace of the tour, (five miles walking in Plitvice!)

Although croatia was beautiful and we had a great time, we thought the tour company used (which wasn't archers ) wasnt the best. Their wasn't any porterage which caused a few problems for female travellers, the driver hardly spoke and the tour guide kept getting flustered because more than half of the group were German. And we were expected to spend over £100 on tipping them for the week! Also the Hotel President staff behaved like they didn't want us there.

15th September 2017

The tour of Croatia was very worthwhile, The holiday itself I would recommend. We were not aware before we went it was a dual linguistic holiday which took a while to get used to information given to us on the coach. Although the holiday started on sunday we did not meet the tour representative until Monday morning on the coach.
