This morning visit Mount Rainier National Park for breathtaking views of it's 14,000 ft peak. Arrive in Washington's Wine Country and visit a winery for a tour and tasting.
Cross into Idaho and travel along Snake River on the same route as Lewis & Clark. Enjoy a cruise into Hells Canyon, home to America's deepest river gorge. Hugging the borders of Oregon and Idaho, Hells Canyon is more than 200,000 acres of high mountain peaks, ominous canyon rocks and breathtaking vistas. See ancient petroglyphs left by the Nez Perce Indians and enjoy the captain's folklore tales. Enjoy a BBQ Lunch along the river.
Visit Nez Perce National Park and learn about the people who have called this home since the beginning of time. Continue to the beautiful shores of Lake Coeur D'Alene and enjoy a scenic cruise. This evening is at leisure.
Depart Coeur D'Alene and stop in Wallace and tour the Sierra Silver Mine, travel underground with an experienced miner and learn the history of mining in the is region. Continue along the spectacular shores of Flathead Lake to Whitefish for three nights. Before arriving at the resort enjoy a guided tour of the Conrad Mansion and see the historic elegance of a bygone era.
A full day to explore the wonders of the Glacier National Park. Board a vintage Red Jammer Bus that goes along one of North America's most spectacular highways: Going-to-the-Sun-Road. After crossing 6,664 ft high Logan Pass, enter a wonderland of alpine scenery, where jagged mountain peaks, deep-green forests, pristine lakes and meadow dominate the landscape.
This morning enjoy a gondola ride to the top of Whitefish Mountain for fantastic views. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure. This evening, enjoy a cowboy sing-along and an old fashioned Western Ranch BBQ.
Today, stop in pretty Sandpoint, where there will be time to browse the boutiques and galleries. Travel along the scenic Pend Oreille River into Washington State. End the day with sightseeing of Spokane, including Manito Park Gardens. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Leave Spokane and stop in the Bavarian village of Leavenworth, where there will be time to stroll the charming streets, see the Nutcracker Museum. Arrive in Seattle later this afternoon. This evening enjoy a farewell dinner hosted by the tour director.
Transfer to the airport for your flight to the UK, or extend your stay with an Alaskan Cruise or extra nights in Seattle.

The visit to Logan Pass is normally possible from mid-June to mid-September. If unable to travel to Logan Pass an alternative sightseeing visit on the Red Jammer buses will be done.
