You'll make your way to Vinci to visit the museum dedicated to the works of the town's famous son, Leonardo Da Vinci. Find out the secrets of bread making at a local bakery in the Chianti Montalbano area, where you will enjoy a light lunch made of fresh bread accompanied by local cheese, cold cuts and a glass of wine.

Find out more about the “Florentine”steak and the “finocchiona” salami, with a visit to a traditional Italian butcher's shop in Greve. A lunch of cold cuts is served in the local wine shop. Explore the farm and orchard after settling in with a welcome drink, then spend the afternoon learning hands-on about Italy's delicacies. You'll enjoy the dinner you have prepared this evening, with a prize going to the best team of master chefs.

During a visit to the Renaissance walled town of Lucca and the Palazzo Mansi National Museum. Take a guided walking tour of the town center with it's cobbled streets and cafe-lined piazza's, and enjoy a cafe-crawl brunch. A guide will then uncover to you the treasures of the lush gardens and grand arched ceilings of the Palazzo Pfanner.

Discover the medieval hidden treasure town of Bolgheri, and enjoy a scenic drive through the vineyards, passing by some of Tuscany's top wineries. You'll visit one of the celebrated wine cellars followed by lunch in a local restaurant in Castagneto Carducci based on traditional recipes.
