As above not good value for money.

17th July 2017

Most of the tour was brilliant, but on the Grand Canadian our Observation Dome and social area was out of use because the air conditioning was not working. Our "entertainment co-ordinator" made herself scarce and made no alternative arrangements. This meant that an opportunity for the group to "gel" early in the trip was missed, and rather isolated the single travellers.

5th July 2017

The excursions were excellent. The tour guide did an excellent job explaining the history and geography of the area.

1st July 2017

Didn't like having to find a phone to ring a cab in a strange country then trying to find the pick up point. Thought that the rep should have been more involved with us on the train, he said he had to do his paperwork for three days. He told us that we couldn't leave bags on the seats to reserve them, but when a lady from another cosmos tour did this, one of our group objected and john stood behind and didn't say a word. On the last day the coaches air con broke, and john c Kept us on the coach because some of the rooms were not ready.

15th October 2016

Pity about customer service as holiday brilliant. Arrangements all went as planned. So much to see, just seemed as each day was even better than the previous day, brilliant. Just (again) a pity that experience was spoiled, almost ruined, by the shocking customer service.

25th September 2016

The holiday was a good mix of scenery and cities. The tour guide - Scott McEown, was excellent. He made a good holiday into a great holiday.

21st September 2016

Enjoyed every minute of the holiday but feel that the holiday should be extended by at least 1 or 2 days.
