This was a holiday of two halves, one half good the other half poor. We had an outstanding guide in Kruger who could not do enough for us, I would have given him 5 stars. However, the story in Cape Town was very different. To start with, just two weeks before my departure I was advised of a change of hotel in Cape Town. I was due to stay at the PH Breakwater Lodge down by the Water Front but ended up at PH Sea Point, which is no where near where things were happening and will be a source of complaint to the company. There were two included trips whilst in Cape Town and the local agent managed to muck up both trips. This also will be a source of complaint. I have given the holiday 2 stars because of the poor experience in Cape Town.
