Very good tour enjoyed all the trips and the Rose , our rep, was very good. Just one downside was the Madrid Tapas meal which felt a bit rushed and the food was not that good, a shame for our last group meal.

The tour guide Rosa and the coach driver Fernando were excellent. The tour fitted a lot into a short time and the extra excursions were good but a bit expensive. Most of the hotels were a little tired and we only had rooms with a view of internal courtyards etc . With the exception of the first night the included dinners were poor and the last hotel in Madrid breakfast was an ordeal. The location of the hotel in Seville could not have been better/ I would have preferred a longer trip with an additional night in Madrid, Lisbon and Seville and more time in Santander All in all though it was an enjoyable trip

Tour Director was excellent (we have found this on all tours we have taken). Stopped at some very nice places en route and the optional tours were very good but are getting very expensive which means fewer people are booking them. Transfer from airport to first hotel meant we were at the airport nearly 3 hours - 2 hours between transfers is not good enough if you just miss a transfer due to one hour wait for luggage to arrive. City Tours were mainly on the coach rather than walking tours. A couple of hotels are a bit far out from City centres although otherwise quite good (one could not cope with so many coaches leaving at 8 am as no room in restaurant, run out of food, long queues for drinks etc.).
