Great tour. Fantastic scenery. Tour director very knowledgeable. Brilliant driver. Accommodation comfortable, although Seattle hotel near very noisy main road. Could have done with extra night in Seattle or penultimate overnight stop closer, enabling earlier arrival.

This morning, visit magnificent Grand Teton National Park, one of America’s last preserves of wild solitude. Its 13,770-foot-high ridges are crested with snow most of the year. Stroll along the shores of beautiful glacier-fed Jenny Lake before ending the day in America’s first national park, Yellowstone National Park.

Keep an eye out for bison, bighorn sheep, elk habitat and take in views of Hebgen Lake with it's crystal-blue water and picture-perfect mountain backdrop. Marvel at the forces of nature unleashed at Quake Lake and visit the Canyon Earthquake Lake Visitors Centre, where the results of a 7.4 -magnitude earthquake and the ghostly shadows of the trees and cabins in the bottom of the lake are visible below the enormous rockslide. Finally, drive through the incredible Madison River valley, where 'Big Sky' comes to life and discover the western town of Ennis. Overnight in Helena, 'Queen City of the Rockies.'
