Some aspects very good others not so much. We had done these places as part of a longer tour previously. Hotel in Rome had very small rooms and tiny bathrooms and very remote so almost no places nearby to eat the first evening. Hotel in Florence was a dreadful room ground floor near the breakfast room and toilets so we heard all other guests from other tours. Also woken at 5am by deliveries and the staff arriving for work. Venice hotel was great. The food on the optional tours wasn’t that good either. Tour manager Silvio and driver Bruno were very good. Disappointed I had to pay extra for direct flights. We were only archers others all Cosmos and felt we were 2nd class to Cosmos guests. They received a complete booklet with all tour info included, luggage labels and envelopes for tips we had none of those. Disappointed to find the Vatican closed due to public holiday despite this still being offered as optional tour. Surely archers new it would be closed beforehand. Despite all this we enjoyed the holiday overall but unlikely to book again.

Mrs Pauline Broadhead

The actual holiday was excellent, but the brochure description could have been more accurate, the tour pace may have been easy but it did not mention that there was a lot of walking involved after the drop off points and it was very difficult for someone with limited mobility to keep up

Mr Daniel Clarke

The hotel's need to be closer to the city centre, 5 - 10 minutes walking. Venice was inaccessible without public transport meaning you couldn't easily explore at your leisure. The first hotel was also rather small rooms and uncomfortable bed furnishings
