The main problem was the flight. This was Manchester to Naples. We were told at booking that our local option was Manchester to Frankfurt, Frankfurt to Naples. We were told that a direct flight from Manchester was not possible. We were recommended to take a more expensive flight with a 55 minute stop over at Frankfurt as opposed to four hours. Whilst this seemed reasonable, as it turned out, the Manchester to Naples flight arrived a little late. We found oursleves running through the airport and having to plead to queue jump so as to get through security check lines. Even then we would have missed the connection if it were not for the fact that the onward flight had itself been delayed. On our arrival at Naples, we discovered one of our bags had not arrived. We then had to queue to fill out forms reporting the missing case. We arrived at the hotel at 8:50pm tired and stressed - having been picked up by your chauffeur service at 9am.
