If you are a music fan—don’t miss this Southern Sounds tour!

Begin with two overnights in New Orleans, where your expert Local Guide knows the sights and sounds of the Old World City. From New Orleans, travel to Tupelo, Mississippi, to visit Elvis’ Birthplace & Museum. This small, 2-room house was built by Elvis’ father. Enjoy seeing memorabilia from Elvis’ childhood. Stay three nights in Memphis, where your expert Local Guide knows Memphis’ history, like no one else-including the inside, “backstage” stories from the folks who were there. In addition to guided sightseeing, your Memphis experience includes visits to the Stax Museum, dedicated to American Soul music; the Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum, tracing Memphis’ cultural and musical past; and Sun Studio, probably the world’s most famous recording studio. Here, you’ll relive the studio’s history.

You’ll also visit Graceland, Elvis’ palatial estate, and walk through the same rooms he did. You’ll even board his private jet! Also visit the Meditation Garden, where Elvis went to reflect on life and where he is laid to rest.

In Nashville, where you’ll spend two nights, visit Studio B, Nashville’s oldest surviving recording studio. As one of country music’s most important recording studios, it is a must for any music fan. You’ll also visit the Country Music Hall of Fame, home to Elvis’ “solid-gold” Cadillac, and the world-famous Grand Ole Opry, where you’ll see a show.

Mr Angus Mcfarlane

Initially we thought the holiday was quite expensive, but, overall, it exceeded expectations. However, New Orleans was a waste of time. We arrived gone midnight, up at 6am for a drive through of the city with an average guide, followed by an 8hr journey to Tulepo. Itinerary stated a visit to St. Louis Cathedral and Jackson Square, not a drive past. The rest of the tour was superbly organized; top quality hotels, set at a good pace, a great tour guide and driver and an amazing experience. Other than New Orleans, I strongly recommend this holiday.

Mrs Heather Wright

The holiday was good but a little hectic. My complaint was that when booked last July we booked for 2 extra days in Nashville to find that we were kicked out of the booked hotel because they had overbooked. This is not acceptable. We lost half a day due to this and had to move our own cases. I will be ringing to complain. Previously I have recommended your holidays to friends but will no longer do so

Mrs Susan Hurley

Absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Pick up car service was well on time and nice polite driver. The tour Elvis and The Southern Sounds was even better than expected. Tour guide Kris Krimble was simply the best. Fantastic knowledge, super friendly and nothing too much trouble.

Mrs Julie Osullivan

Friendly and efficient tour guide and driver; great excursions - relaxed and flexible, with enough time to ourselves and no feeling of being route marched; just what we wanted in terms of musical experience - particularly loved Sun Studios and Studio B tours, plus fabulous seats at Grand Ol’ Opry. Gracelands Guest House is beautiful - probably nicest hotel have stayed at.

Holiday of a lifetime and a tick off my bucket...

Ms Valerie Slater

Holiday of a lifetime and a tick off my bucket list! The only negative part was the first hotel 'Memphis Plaza' - Unhelpful staff and the Hotel really needs a good refurbish. The rest of the holiday was brilliant!
