The Tour Director was exceptionally organised, gave excellent information and nothing was too much trouble. The coach was really comfortable and the driver excellent. The only downside to the trip was the city tour of LA which could have been better if included a trip to the beach area and the additional trip to Warner Brothers studio which was a big let down - Universal would have been much better.
