Mr Alexander Low

What we saw was great once out of the coach. The coach had to many people on it. A third including myself never got a chance to sit in the front seats. The tour director Doris Walker was awful. The whole trip was look at that and look at this when only the first three rows could see what she was pointing out. She was rude, my wife told her we were not going on a particular excursion and her reply was “I don’t care”. This was not our first coach trip with you so I know you can do better.

The Tour Director was exceptionally organised, gave excellent information and nothing was too much trouble. The coach was really comfortable and the driver excellent. The only downside to the trip was the city tour of LA which could have been better if included a trip to the beach area and the additional trip to Warner Brothers studio which was a big let down - Universal would have been much better.
