Vietnam's capital is a relaxed city with French-Colonial style buildings, spacious boulevards and bustling markets. The included sightseeing tour visits the city's highlights including Ho Chi Minh Complex (comprising of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, stilt house and One Pillar Pagoda), Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake and the History Museum, all within a fascinating network of alleyways and shop-houses in the Old Quarter.
Drive through the countryside to Chua Thay Pagoda. Beautifully ornate and serene, Chua Thay is home to an ancient stage where it is believed the first water puppet show was performed. Next, head to Tay Phuong Pagoda, one of Vietnam's first pagodas to admire the carved wooden roof. Later, return to Hanoi for a water puppet show.
This morning drive to Halong - the favourite destination in Quang Ninh province. Upon arrival, board a junk boat and start your cruise. While the junk is passing many islets, rocks, caves, floating villages and beaches on Ha Long bay, your lunch will be served on board. After lunch, cruise to the inside of the landscape of Dinh Huong island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, Binh Phong mountain, Sung Sot Cave and Round over Titov Beach. Enjoy the sunset on the top of the Titov mountain or take a bamboo rowing boat to a scenic lagoon and discover water tunnels with coral reefs. Continue to a secluded lagoon to anchor for the night. Dinner is served onboard.
Before breakfast, there may be the opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay. After, cruise to the Bai Tho Mountain in another beautiful bay, Bai Tu Long and then back to the Halong dock. Disembark the boat and transfer to Hanoi airport for your flight to Da Nang.
Nestled on the banks of the river, Hoi An is a vibrant yet traditional town brimming with wooden houses, colourful temples, ornate architecture and a vast selection of bespoke tailoring shops. Start today by boarding a local boat for a cruise on the Thu Bon River, passing unspoiled countryside on the way to a pottery village and a wood carving village before returning to Hoi An to explore the town on a leisurely walking tour, taking in sights such as the Japanese Covered Bridge, the Sa Huynh Museum with its early Hoi An history and a family chapel.

Today, head to Danang for a visit to the Cham Museum. Later, travel past the island-like stretch of palm-shaded sand at Lang Co and through the spectacular Hai Van Pass, to the imperial walled city of Hue. The included sightseeing tour takes in the Forbidden Purple City, modelled on Beijing's famed Forbidden City and includes visits to Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, the Halls of the Mandarins and the Nine Dynastic Urns.
Begin with an included boat trip on the Perfume River to the pretty Thien Mu Pagoda. Continue up the river to the Imperial Tomb of Minh Mang, a majestic and idyllic complex of courtyards, pavilions and temples. Later, fly to Ho Chi Minh City, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Today's included sightseeing tour takes in Dong Khoi Street, the main shopping thoroughfare, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office. Afterwards visit the Reunification Palace, the War Remnants Museum, the Jade Emperor Pagoda as well as the Chinese district, Cholon.
Today, explore the Cu Chi Tunnels, an important base during the Vietnamese War, due to its strategic location. Learn about the impressive 200km tunnel network constructed by the Viet Cong to connect command posts, hospitals, shelters and weapon factories.
An early morning start sees you cruising to the vibrant town of Cai Rang to board a sampan for a ride through the floating market. Return to Can Tho for lunch before departing for your drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in this unique city.

Explore this lively city on an included sightseeing tour taking in the Royal Palace - the 19th century home of the Royal Family - as well as the haunting Genocide Museum, a former torture and interrogation centre of the Khmer Rouge.
Today, fly to Siem Reap and visit nearby Angkor, the ancient Khmer capital. Visit the splendid temple complex including Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its beauty and splendour. Also visit Angkor Thom, the former fortified Royal City built by King Jayavarman VII, which houses the Bayon and Baphuon temples, the Terrace of Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King and Phimeanakas or the 'Celestial Palace'.
Enjoy a second day to make the most of the amazing sights at Angkor. Visit the exquisite 10th century Banteay Srei Temple and Ta Keo, the first Angkorian monument built entirely of sandstone. Also visit Ta Prohm, Sras Srang and Prasat Kravan.
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Laos.
An early start to the day to see the 'Tak Bat'. At dawn hundreds of saffron robed monks move silently through the streets to collect alms. After breakfast visit Wat Xieng Thong. After lunch travel to the river to begin a relaxing riverboat trip on the mighty Mekong River to visit the famous Pak Ou Buddha Caves. The rest of the day is at leisure.
After breakfast visit Kuang Sii Waterfalls. Later, transfer to the airport for your flight to the UK, or extend your stay in Hua Hin.
